Dominion and Ontario Command asked that all Legion Remembrance Day Parades and services be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dundas Branch 36 cancelled its normal Remembrance Day Parade and Service but members were told there would be an 'informal" Remembrance Day service.
Anyone could still lay wreaths at the cenotaph after 11:15am.
Although the Dundas Legion Parade and Service was cancelled, a number of members of the public and some Dundas Legion members gathered at the cenotaph shortly before 11:00am.
After Last Post and then Reveille, a number of wreaths were laid by at the Dundas Cenotaph by Branch 36 and then by members of the public.
