It has been brought to our attention that Legion Branches are being asked to provide space inside or outside to run a province-wide volunteer-run referendum to stop the privatization of public hospitals to for-profit hospitals & clinics.
Bill 60, in Ontario passed final vote yesterday.
As we are apolitical, – an outside group putting up a booth related to voting for/against an issue, is not something we would accommodate.
We ask you politely decline the request(s).
