Dundas Poppy Fund helps St.Joseph's Villa purchase equipment
The Poppy Fund run by the Dundas Legion recently contributed $15,000 to the St.Joseph's Villa in Dundas.
On Thursday, 22nd June, 2017 Dundas Branch 36 representatives were invited to St.Joseph's Villa in Dundas to view equipment that had been purchased using the Dundas Poppy Fund contribution of $15,000 made to the retirement home.
The Villa has used the contribution to help purchase 3 new lifting devices. The new equipment is used to lift Villa residents in various situations, and gives both residents and staff an easier way to move around.
