Bully Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 chopped cloves garlic

1 diced onion

1 chopped tomato

1 large diced potato

1 (12 ounce)can corned beef (Bully Beef)

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Preparation:

 

1.  Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2.  Add onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant. 

3.  Stir in the tomatoes and potatoes, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until potatoes are softened.

4.  Add the corned beef, and flake into pieces.

5.  Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

6.  Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
